A Return to Normalcy - Read the Latest Here
As of April l, 2021 and for the coming season Broward County has lifted outdoor restrictions. Unfortunately changes occur with alarming frequency but if this edict holds we will find ourselves a lot closer to what we remember as normalcy. Our pools and Tiki hut are fully open. (At this writing face masks and social distancing are still required in enclosed public facilities).
There also have been some changes with which you may not be familiar. We have enlarged the south patio making it more comfortable for additional social gatherings and we have installed a smaller picnic type barbecue next to the south wall for anyone to use. Large umbrellas are everywhere and solidly secured by concrete stands. For easier access to our beautiful beach, we have installed a solid walkway ending just beyond the dunes that is wonderfully comfortable to walk on and is also handicap accessible. Additionally, our parking lot has been redone and renumbered. Also, for the security of our owners and guests, we have installed cameras to monitor all parts of our complex 24/7 and tapes are held for 30 days. So all of us here welcome you back to, what we hope and pray, is the new normalcy.

The New Emerald Seas has been updated inside and out, featuring updated patio furnishings, new queen size beds with updated linens, and tile throughout.

Dear Friends and Owners,
Effective immediately, we have instituted a new policy that will improve the process of listing your properties for sale or rent. Listings submitted by Wednesday 7PM Eastern Time will be available on our website by 7PM the following Monday. The same policy applies to those of you who wish to remove listings. If we need to confirm your information, the office will contact you. To avoid any delays, please be sure to provide the office with any requested details. Also, be sure to select at least one form of contact (phone and/or email) on the listing submission form.
